Navakaraṇa: The Kinaesthetic System 
This workshop introduces practitioners and teachers into the methodology and practice of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa. Participants are guided from the very foundations into developing awareness and control of complex movements (kinaesthesia). Particular attention is given to conditioning techniques, alignment of movements, safe entry/exits from the basic to advanced poses including arm-balancing and inversions.
