Elasticity: Fascia Flow
At the beginning of this class, we’ll find answers to questions like: What is fascia? How can fascia training help with athleticism? Conventional sports training emphasizes adequate training of muscle fibers, cardiovascular conditioning, and/ or neuromuscular coordination. Most sport-associated overload injuries however occur within elements of the body-wide fascial net, which are then loaded beyond their prepared capacity. We’ll explore fascia-oriented training, bounce like Ninja Kittens and dive into partner stretches, which will prep you for all following sessions that day.
