Delia Leung is a Dharma Yoga teacher, Nike Yoga Trainer and Representative, a Dharma Yoga Wheel teacher and Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Pre and Post Natal yoga instructor. Delia gained a BSc Psychology at University College London and will soon earn a Master of Buddhist Studies degree at the The University of Hong Kong.
Witnessing physical, mental and spiritual transformation is her greatest motivation and she welcomes everyone to join her on the mat with an open heart and mind.
