John was born and raised in Volos. While working in Athens, he came across AcroYoga and then Yoga, and through it his life changed direction for good. Having completed the teacher’s training of AcroYoga International Level 1 in Bali and Level 2 in Mexico, John travels around the world and in Greece, sharing his passion for practice and teaching Yoga and acrobatics seminars, courses and trainings. He is also a certified Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama Yoga teacher, Aerial Flow Yoga teacher (Level 2) by the Anahata Yoga Academy, and a trained Thai Yoga Massage therapist by the Sunshine House network. Finally, since 2016 he is a certidied Acroyoga Immersion teacher. John enjoys combining the strong elements of acrobatics with the best contact quality in any team effort, thus building successively the necessary confidence and technique among yoga partners. He emphasises on the technical details of each asana, making this way the most difficult acrobatics, possible to achieve.
