Passionate about playing and sharing yoga, meditation, Thai and AcroYoga around the world. Started practicing yoga when she was 21. Has been teaching for 8 years. Entered Witryhyoga school training for 7 years and is now following Dharma Mittra and Andrei Ram. A special education teacher and Waldorf kindergarten teacher, has been doing yoga for kids teacher training and regular classes. Became an AcroYoga teacher 5 years ago and has been passionate about practicing and sharing the practice ever since. Studied Thai Yoga Massage with Krishna Takis, Dayalu, Arno, and Pau. Running the Omshanti Yoga center near Barcelona and co-organizing the Barcelona Yoga Conference. Happy to share yoga, acrobatics and Thai with lightness and transformation tools.

Edu is an actor and dancer, trained in interpretation and corporal expression at La Bobina, with a great affinity for contemporary dance.
AcroYoga teacher by AcroYogaThai, with 7 years of experience in the practice, combining Yoga and meditation as personal work and training the body with different disciplines to increase their performance.
Special interest in Thai Yoga Massage.
A great lover of the performing arts, where keeps developing curiosity towards the circus, providing tools to be able to tell, express and move with his body.
Recently opened Espai3temps, movement studio located in Barcelona, where gives his classes and musical practices.
With a great vocation for pedagogy, he is focused on supporting students through their personal and artistic development.
